TRICIA & ANJAN

A beautiful, intimate wedding at Goodwater Ridge Maleny. Pastel peaches, blush, apricot, pinks and touches of yellow rounded out our beautiful summer palette with all of the prettiest blooms late spring had to offer. Tricia wanted her bouquets to be light and airy, with hers being mostly seasonal whites with touched of buttery yellow and lots of floaty textures. For Tricia’s bouquet we used million star gypsophilia, white peonies, cosmos, matricaria daisy, queen ann’s lace, roses, lisianthus and buttery yellow chrysanthemums. For her bridesmaids, we wanted to accentuate their beautiful and summery pink linen dresses with pastel sunset tones. We used garden roses, cosmos, dahlias, chamomile daisy, chrysanthemums, dancing lady orchids, queen anne’s lace, lisianthus, aster lutea and other seasonal touches.

For their ceremony, we had a beautiful grouped floral pillars of differing heights, full of blooms that compliment the bridesmaids bouquets and petite garden arrangements with a scattering of petals to continue the floral story down the aisle. Once the ceremony was concluded we repurposed all of the florals to the Atrium, where Tricia and Anjan hosted an intimate long-table dinner for themselves and their 40 guests. Think candles, florals, a beautiful sunset to the west and lots of chatter and laughter to begin the evening festivities.

Weddings like this are such a joy to create. Thank you Tricia and Anjan for your trust in us bringing these fun ,summery florals to life using only the best seasonal blooms, at a venue we absolutely adore.
